The Highland Council is committed to openness, and we welcome your comments, queries and complaints as an ongoing process of self-improvement. If you have any comments, complaints or requests under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, please complete our Comments/Complaints Form. We will acknowledge receipt of your comments or complaint and let you know how it is being dealt with.
