The Highland Council seeks to provide its Services efficiently and to as high a standard as possible.  We always welcome comments or suggestions which could help us to improve our services.  Please use the form below and your comments will then be forwarded to the appropriate senior officer for their attention.

We are also aware that difficulties can occur from time to time which affect the delivery of services that we provide and the following explains how you can complain if:

  • You feel we have done something wrong
  • We fail to do something we said we would do
  • You were not treated courteously or efficiently by a member of our staff
  • You can use the online form below and then click on the submit button or you can download a copy of The Highland Council's Comments and Complaints leaflet (PDF 321 Kb), which explains the Council's complaints procedures.

    If you still feel that you have not been treated fairly by the Council you can complain to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman at www.scottishombudsman.org.uk
